BeyondXP successfully executed the Star Wars Quiz Competition, a large-format, knowledge-driven engagement event that brought together 8 teams from across South India, each comprising three participants. The event demanded highly structured technical planning and precise stage design to ensure smooth quiz operations, participant visibility, and an engaging audience experience.
A key execution challenge was the integration and management of 12 screens in total, including individual monitors for each team, teleprompters for the Quiz Master, and a large central display for the audience. Each team was equipped with a dedicated buzzer system with real-time result display functionality, enabling accurate tracking of responses and maintaining the competitive integrity of the contest.
Another critical aspect was the stage layout strategy. With 24 participants positioned on stage simultaneously, careful spatial planning was required to ensure adequate seating, clear sightlines, and comfortable movement for the Quiz Master to interact with all teams. At the same time, audience visibility of every team remained a top priority, ensuring that the contest felt inclusive, transparent, and engaging for spectators.
Through thoughtful technical design, seamless coordination, and disciplined execution, the event successfully delivered a professional and intellectually stimulating quiz experience that celebrated knowledge, teamwork, and structured competition.
Following the quiz competition, the evening transitioned into the SGP Awards, an F1-inspired recognition ceremony celebrating top business performers and annual achievements. While traditionally hosted as a standalone event, this year the awards were thoughtfully integrated into the same experience, creating a cohesive journey from knowledge engagement to performance celebration.
The F1-themed awards segment featured dynamic stage styling, recognition moments, and a structured show flow that elevated the sense of prestige and accomplishment. This combined format successfully delivered a well-balanced event that honoured intellect, performance, and team spirit within a single, seamlessly executed experience.
